Diageo is a seize-every-moment kind of place, and this is especially true in Diageo Business Services. That’s the philosophy behind our internship scheme. If you’re looking for real-world experience to add to your university studies, this is the place to start.
Our paid internships are available - across all areas of DBS - to any ambitious student pursuing an BA/MSc degree. While some of our internships can last longer – as interns can move between different business areas when their first contract expires – typically they last between three and six months. Not only are these schemes a great way to gain commercial exposure, they will help you decide the direction you want to take your career in.
Whichever internship you join, you’ll get fully immersed.

So who are we looking for? You’ll need to be driven, curious, and passionate about the profession. This is a fast-paced environment with lots going on, so you’ll need to be resilient, adaptable, happy to work independently. and able to see projects through to their conclusion. You’ll also need to be fluent in English, with fluency in another language – especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian or German – advantageous.
