Field Sales

Here, you’ll build first-hand relationships with our customers at the point of sale. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products are always available, visible, attractive, recommended, and served perfectly every time. You're a naturally persuasive seller – handling objections, building relationships, and delivering our numbers.

Customer or Distributor Management

You’ll identify new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate in creative ways with our partners, and execute programmes to create value for the business and our customers.

Customer Marketing teams

You’ll focus on delighting our customers with brilliant execution of our plans. You might specialise in category development, creating strategies and plans to grow the whole category and proposing opportunities to transform retail. Alternatively, in shopper marketing you'll create new programmes that recruit consumers to our brands and categories. In commercial planning you'll write channel and promotional plans that help achieve our sales and operating margin targets while delivering on the needs of our customers.
