You will play an instrumental role by leading our teams to provide unforgettable experiences for all our guests. With a customer-first mindset, you will be responsible for the smooth operations at JWPS and be accountable for all operational processes for the visitor experience operations. We have various managerial roles across F&B, Experience Operations, Back of House, Retail and many more!

In order to be successful, you will be a collaborative and inspiring leader, with experience managing large teams and driving high standards of performance. You’ll empower others to work collaboratively with a positive and enthusiastic approach and the ability to develop, support, train and encourage the team to strive for the best and ensure that you are all set up for success. You will have a proven track record of working at pace, responding to sales performance, handling multiple priorities and you are results-driven with an attention to detail.
