Our Experience Ambassadors entertain guests from around the world and provide a world-class guest experience for visitors to Johnnie Walker Princes Street. You’ll welcome our guests to Johnnie Walker Princes Street, where their personal whisky adventure awaits.

You’ll bring to life the art of whisky-making by guiding groups throughout our full-sensory adventure. Our Experience Ambassadors are our brand advocates and you’ll thrive on celebrating the legendary Johnnie Walker story, taste and creating special moments for our guests.

Johnnie Walker story with our visitors and be passionate about encouraging them to discover the delights of Scotch Whisky. Along with bringing the story of Johnnie Walker to life, you will assist our guests in booking trips to our other Brand Homes throughout Scotland so they can continue their path of discovery of our world-leading brand portfolio.

To be successful, you’ll be a natural presenter with previous tour guide (or related) experience in the retail, hospitality or tourism industry, which has given you the ability to tell engaging stories to groups of visitors.
