Our Concierge team will greet visitors from around the world and be the welcoming face of our world class visitor experience at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.

You’ll be responsible for ticketing, admission and information services, and play a key role at the starting point of the Johnnie Walker brand home experience. You’ll engage with visitors at the beginning of their journey on both an individual and group basis, interpreting customer interests and providing information to create a personalised experience.

Johnnie Walker Princes Street will be the gateway to whisky experiences across Scotland and you’ll help our guests to create their journey.

To be successful, you’ll need great customer service skills, preferably, having worked in the retail or hospitality industry. Alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll be a natural presenter with the ability to tell engaging stories and you’ll develop your whisky knowledge to educate and inspire every visitor.
