Our two rooftop bars offer world-class food, drink and hospitality to local and global visitors to Edinburgh and our flagship visitor experience at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.

As a bartender, you’ll be passionate about drinks culture and be one of the best mixologists in the business. You’ll continue John Walker & Sons’ epic search for flavours that bring people together for enjoyment. You’ll embody Johnnie Walker’s pioneering spirit and bold creativity to continue to set us apart as drivers of innovation, social connection and downright delicious drinks.

Working with Diageo’s incredible portfolio, you’ll provide an amazing customer experience by engaging and exciting our visitors with your skill, knowledge and personality. Alongside the day-to-day Bar operations, you’ll have the opportunity to play a role in designing our menu and be part of creating one of the best bars in the world.

To be successful, you’ll bring creativity and have top mixology experience as well as extensive knowledge of spirits, particularly whisky, and cocktails. Working with visitors, staff, and World Class-winning guest bartenders from around the world, you’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who visits the rooftop at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
