Diageo is the world's leading premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of beverage alcohol brands across spirits, wine and beer categories. These brands include: Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Baileys, J&B, Captain Morgan, Cuervo and Tanqueray.

Diageo is a global company, with its products trading in approximately 180 markets around the world. The company's ordinary shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (DGE) and the Company's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (DEO). Diageo had a total market capitalisation of approximately £22 billion as of 30 June 2009.
