Free water and responsible drinking tips give-away at central London Tube stations on the busiest party nights of the year

To encourage party goers to drink responsibly this festive season, Diageo GB is handing out tens of thousands of free bottles of water on some of the busiest party nights of the year. Teams at some of central London’s busiest underground tube stations - Liverpool St, Leicester Square and Westminster -will give away the water to help remind Londoners to have a great night out that they can remember.
The free water bottles have tips for responsible drinking to help people enjoy their night out. The tips remind people to alternate water with each alcoholic drink to stay hydrated and how eating before or during your night out can help to slow alcohol absorption.

This give-away is part of Diageo’s ongoing commitment to promoting responsible drinking and will also see Diageo sponsor free travel on London Tubes, buses, trams and some trains on New Year’s Eve plus an advertising campaign across almost 180 stations and on 960 Tube carriages.
